Efashionbook.com (referred to as "the Platform"), operated by our company, functions exclusively as a technical facilitator for acquiring e-books. We are not involved in the direct creation, reproduction, or distribution of any e-book content ourselves. To underscore our commitment to copyright adherence, we issue the following statement:

I. Our Operational Framework

The Platform operates on a "Customer Order – Platform Procurement – Authorized Delivery" model:

(1) Customer Request: Merchants initiate the process by selecting and ordering e-books via the Platform.

(2) Platform Acquisition: In response to the customer's order, our Platform procures the corresponding e-book from legitimate, authorized third-party sources (e.g., Amazon Kindle).

(3) Permitted Delivery: Consistent with the licensing terms of the acquired e-books and within the bounds of compliance, we then provide the purchased e-book files directly to the requesting customer. The Platform explicitly does not retain, duplicate, or re-disseminate e-book files.

II. Our Commitment to Copyright Adherence

(1) Legitimate Sourcing:

All e-books are obtained through authorized and legally compliant third-party platforms. We maintain comprehensive records of all purchases and associated authorization documentation.

(2) Compliant Delivery Protocol:

The Platform rigorously adheres to the user authorization agreements established by the original purchasing platform. E-book files are delivered solely to the actual purchasing customer, with any secondary distribution strictly prohibited. Our e-book file management system ensures complete traceability of all deliveries.

(3) Technical Safeguards:

The Platform abstains from any form of DRM circumvention or format conversion of e-book files. We ensure that the original platform's copyright information and digital watermarks remain intact within the e-books.

III. User Responsibilities and Limitations

By utilizing this service, users confirm that:

(1) The acquired e-books will not be used for any form of commercial distribution or public dissemination.

(2) Their engagement with this service does not violate the laws of their country of residence and does not involve circumventing technical protection measures.

(3) They will fully comply with the end-user license agreement of the original copyright holder.

IV. Copyright Infringement Reporting and Resolution

Should a copyright holder believe that e-books facilitated through our Platform present authorization concerns, they are invited to contact us via:

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, the Platform will promptly remove the identified product within 48 hours and collaborate with the copyright holder in their investigation.

V. Important Disclaimers

The Platform acts solely as a technical service provider for e-book procurement and does not claim ownership of the copyrights pertaining to the e-books transacted. The Platform disclaims liability for any disputes arising from changes in copyright holder authorizations. Users are solely responsible for adhering to the terms of use of the original purchasing platform; any breaches thereof will be the exclusive responsibility of the user.

VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Mechanism

The operation of this Platform is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this service shall be primarily resolved through arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
